Our Chefs Will Carve To Order Steak Au Poivre with Horseradish Sauce Roast Turkey Breast with Cranberry Chutney Honey Glazed Corned Beef with Cider Mustard

 

Sushi Station:

Our Chefs Will Prepare a Variety of Fresh Fish and Vegetable Rolls, To Include Kapamaki and Tekamaki Tuna, Salmon, Avocado, Carrot and California Rolls Served with Soy Sauce, Pickled Ginger and Japanese Wasabi Horseradish Sauce

 

International Bread Display:

Fresh Bread display of Rustic Breads and Harvest Club Rolls Accompanied By Herbed French Breads & Garlic Toast Points

 

Aldente Station:

Tabletop preparation of Tri color ravioli & Penne Pasta with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Italian Parsley, Basil Pesto and Homemade Marinara

 

Crepe Station:

Your Guests Can Choose From A Variety Of Crepes Made To Order To Include Chicken Stew with Peppers and Fresh Leaf Sautéed Spinach

 

Steamed Won Ton Station:

Chicken and Beef in a Steamed Rice dough Served with Assorted Hoison, Teriyaki and Soy Sauces Served in Steam Baskets and an Asian Wok

 

Asian Station:

Chefs will make to Order from a Hand Hammered Woks Assorted Chinese Vegetables, Sliced Chicken Breast, Fresh Seared Beef, Water Chestnuts, Bamboo Shoots, Wild Mushrooms, Julian Vegetables and Snow Peas

 

Middle Eastern Station:

International Salads to consist of: Hummus, Tehina, Babaganosh, Israeli Salad, Turkish Salad , Pickles & Olives Shredded Lettuce, Hot Peppers, Hot Falafel Balls and Pita Breads
