The action station format opens up unique food options including liquid nitrogen or can also be used for classics like pizza/ pasta bars, omelet stations, waffle stations, and carving stations.

International Bread Display:

Tabletop preparation of Tri color ravioli & Penne Pasta with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Italian Parsley, Basil Pesto and Homemade Marinara
Crepe Station:
Your Guests Can Choose From A Variety Of Crepes Made To Order To Include Chicken Stew with Peppers and Fresh Leaf Sautéed Spinach
Steamed Won Ton Station:
Chicken and Beef in a Steamed Rice dough Served with Assorted Hoison, Teriyaki and Soy Sauces Served in Steam Baskets and an Asian Wok
Asian Station:
Chefs will make to Order from a Hand Hammered Woks Assorted Chinese Vegetables, Sliced Chicken Breast, Fresh Seared Beef, Water Chestnuts, Bamboo Shoots, Wild Mushrooms, Julian Vegetables and Snow Peas
Middle Eastern Station:
